Medium duty towing questions
Box trucks, delivery vans, sprinters, utility and work trucks, and other small commercial vehicles. Tell us the make and model when you call and we will confirm we have the right truck available.
No. Heavy duty towing is outside our service. We handle light and medium duty vehicles only, and we will tell you straight if your vehicle needs someone else.
Typical response is 30 to 45 minutes across most of the service area. We give you a realistic estimate when you call, and we confirm price before dispatch.
Often yes. We ask about the vehicle’s condition and location up front — drivetrain, wheels and ground it is sitting on — and dispatch the equipment that can load it.
To your repair shop, dealership, fleet yard or another destination within the service area — wherever you need it to end up.
